Our Story
Stack Counsel was founded by Parveen Kausar, a UK-qualified solicitor with 20 years’ experience across the UK, UAE and wider Gulf. Parveen has held senior legal roles at some of the world’s largest companies, including Etisalat, HSBC, State Street and IBM, advising boards and leadership teams on everything from Data Privacy & AI – technology to financial services regulation.
Along the way, she saw a gap. Access to senior lawyers who have sat in boardrooms was largely reserved for organisations that could afford the big law firms. Founders, growing businesses and lean in-house teams were often left choosing between expensive advice and no advice at all.
Stack Counsel was built to change that. We provide commercially focused legal advice and senior-level support, drawing on experience advising boards and leadership teams.
And we do it in plain English. Our approach is simple: make complex matters easy to understand, so you can make confident decisions and keep moving.
